North Dean Engineering began in 1971 as North Dean Fabrications, handling sub-contract fabricating and plating from our original base at Ravensthorpe.
Over the years we grew and matured and now reside in an impressive 12,000 square feet of workshop and offices in Halifax, where we design, build and manage all of our operations.
North Dean Engineering is a dynamic group of professionals with a sole aim – to supply quality bespoke solutions to the quarrying, recycling and material handling industries.
Our Directors, Andrew Firth and Simeon Riach have over 60 years experience between them. We’re proud to employ 12 highly trained members of staff who are based in Yorkshire and travel all over the UK and overseas to carry out pre-design assessments, installations, check-ups and servicing. We understand the importance of training, which means all of our personnel are trained in the following: passport to safety, water hygiene, asbestos awareness, confined spaces, first aid, risk assessments, power access and IOSH.
We are accredited to ISO 9001:2008 and are committed to the continual improvement of our staff, services, processes and systems, including environmental and health & safety improvement and performance.
We attribute our success to a number of factors. Our years of engineering experience in the industry means that we understand how clever design can create efficiencies and increase productivity within our clients’ businesses. We’re keen to pass that knowledge on. Not only can customers rely on the consistently high quality of our workmanship and aftercare service, but they also know that we can turn jobs around quickly and always at a competitive price.
We aim to be our customers’ most valued supplier of engineering, fabrication, products and on-site engineering services.
We will continue to resource the highest level of knowledge, skills, experience and strengths in our people and offer them financially and personally rewarding employment.
We will practise ethical and social responsibility in respect of our community and the environment.
If you would like to be part of our team, jobs will be posted on the right hand side of this page when they become available.
