When you need to replace a worn out screen, we have a range of standard screens in different sizes, or we can design a bespoke, multiple deck screen to fit with your current structure. A bespoke screen will minimise any potential reconfiguration work in altering chutes, feed and mounting.
We have supplied a range of screens for many asphalt plants over the years. One of our standard screen sizes may suit your needs, or we can design a bespoke screen with multiple deck units. Replacement screens are designed to use existing chutes and cabinets in asphalt plants, but we can also provide replacement chutes and build the screens in fully enclosed steel cabinets or in dust encapsulated rubber. The standard lubrication on these screens is grease, but we also offer oil bath and pumped oil lubrication systems which minimises maintenance and avoids any downtime.
Tine and Finger Screens
Made of a series of hardened steel ‘fingers’, these screens are designed to efficiently separate material containing clay or sticky substances, making them ideal for soils, recycling, sand and gravel or quarrying.
Grizzly and Scalping Screens
Our grizzlies and scalping screens are designed to combine well with our range of feeders, offering increased production and flexibility to your processing system. We have a standard design, and can create a bespoke design for you, with individual grizzly bars or grizzly modules and impact decks as required.
All of our feeders are made of heavy-duty, fully welded construction, complete with wear resistant liners giving a regulated flow of material from primary dump hoppers.
Combined with a robust vibrator drive mechanism and optional variable speeds gives flexibility and reliability.
